Instead of humbling themselves before the Lord, they cave into the false comfort of certain feelings. Doing so prevents them from practicing genuine discernment. It also prevents them from growing up into decent human beings who have a functional moral compass. This is the trend the world so heavily promotes as a lifestyle choice and too many people fall for it.

As a whole, society will continue to crumble as people continue following global trends instead of God. Among people loving the world over Jesus, they're dooming themselves for destruction - just as Kathy Griffin and people like her have been doing all along.

As for people choosing Jesus over the world, this "unpopular" decision has resulted in a community of individuals who are much happier overall. They also have their priorities in order and seem to have a better outlook on everything. They're not perfect and they do make mistakes but you will never find a person truly dedicated to Jesus display psychopathic traits that turn them into homicidal and suicidal maniacs.
